제목 Microwave Synthesis of Metallophthalocyanine Derivatives used As Buffer Layer of OLED
초록 Metal tetra-phenoxy phthalocyanines (TPPcs) for organic electroluminescent device are prepared by cyclotetramerization of substituted 1,2-dicyanobenzene. In this experimental section, we use microwave irradiation because of much shorter reaction and higher yield compared to conventional heating. The phthalocyanines introduced phenoxy substituent improve the solubility in common organic solvent and so easily coat with binder polymer onto ITO glass by the spin-coating method. The device introduced TPPcs as buffer layer show lower turn-on voltages and higher relative efficiencies than device without TPPcs.
