제목 Effect of reaction temperature and degree of crosslinkingon the adhesion characteristics of thin-wafer bonding adhesives
초록 The acrylic copolymers were synthesized by solution polymerization of 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate, lauryl methacrylate, and acrylic acid with AIBN as an initiator. The acrylic copolymers were prepared at several different reaction temperatures and various different contents of epoxy-type crosslinking agent. These acrylic copolymers were investigated in terms of peel strength, cohesiveness, gel fraction, and probe tack. The peel strength and probe tack of acrylic copolymers increased as the reaction temperature decreased and the content of crosslinking agent decreased. On the other hand, both gel fraction and cohesiveness increased as the content of crosslinking agent increased.
