제목 Membrane Preparation via Combination of Thermally-induced and Non-solvent induced Phase Separation
초록 Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) membranes were prepared from ternary system of polymer, diluent and solvent via combination process of thermally induced phase separation(TIPS) and nonsolvent-induced phase separation(NIPS). Dibutylphthalate(DBP) was used as diluent and 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP) was used as solvent for PVDF. Relative amount of diluent and solvent determined phase diagrams, and affected the phase separation mechanism and structure formation. Cooling conditions of the sample had great influence on TIPS and NIPS process. Miscibility of nonsolvent with solvent or diluent had also significant structure variations. Increase of NMP affected the morphology of membrane due to change from TIPS to NIPS mechanism, and cooling rate crystallization temperature determined the TIPS rate. Various structures were obtained by controlling the parameters.
