We designed and synthesized a facile route to control charge transport in conjugated polymers. We report a general and easy chemical method to control charge transport properties by accurate regulate of the copolymerization ratio. Our methodology provides a new strategy for developing high-efficiency polymer semiconductors for application in printed flexible integrated circuits and light-emitting transistors, such as band structures, enabling future solution-processed, flexible, lightweight electronics with low manufacturing costs based on conjugated polymer materials. |
