제목 | Polymer cilloidal solvent-based Physical properties of nonwoven fabric manufactured by syringeless electrospinning |
초록 | Although electrospinning is considered a powerful and common tool for manufacturing nanofibers, In real-world applications, there are still some challenges to overcome. In this paper, we applied the syringeless spiral probe rotating cylinder electrospinning technology in an efficient way. This technology can produce highly crystalline colloidal polymers with high productivity, which is impossible in general electrospinning. Photocatalytic nanoparticles such as Tio2 and Sio2 are added to PAN, PVDF, and celluloid. Photocatalytic properties can be given to the manufactured nonwoven fabric, and at the same time, the pore size of the nonwoven fabric surface was adjusted. Accordingly, the catalyst properties and physicochemical properties were confirmed. |
