제목 Synthesis and Electronic Properties of Semiconducting Polymers Containing Benzodithiophene with Dialkoxynaphthalene
초록 Poly(4,8-dioctyloxybenzo[1,2-b:4,5-b']dithiophene-2,6-[(1,5-octyloxy) naphthalene]) (BDT8AN8) was synthesized from 2,6-dibromo-4,8-dioctyl-benzo[1,2-b:4,5-b’]dithiophene and 2,2'-(1,5-bis (octyloxy) naphthalene-2,6-diyl)bis(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolane) and was used as the active layer in organic thin-film transistors (OTFTs). The obtained BDT8AN8 was soluble in organic solvents such as chloroform, toluene and measured GPC, UV, PL, CV, TGA, DSC. ultraviolet(UV) absorption was found at 460, 440, 395 nm in solution and at 485, 454, 400 nm in film state, respectively. The highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) level of BDT8AN8 was -5.15 eV.
