제목 Titanium Oxide Nanotube Arrays Prepared by Anodization in Aqueous and Non-Aqueous Electrolytes
초록 Titanium oxide nanotube arrays were fabricated by the anodization of pure titanium bulk and titanium thin film deposited on silicon substrates. The titania nanotubes were grown by anodization in aqueous-base and nonaqueous-base electrolytes at different potentials between 5 V and 30 V. In aqueous-base electrolyte, the pore diameter and length of titanium oxide nanotube were 100 to 150 nm and 2.0 to 3.0 μm, respectively. In nonaqueous-base electrolyte, smaller pore diameter of 40 nm and longer titanium oxide layer of 14 μm were obtained. The dependences of pore morphology and pore formation rate on process parameters were evaluated. In particular, thickness-conversion ratio from titanium to titania nanotube was presented to compare a growing character in different electrolytes.
