제목 Biotinylated poly(ethyleneglycol)/poly(caprolactone)/poly(L-lysine) nanospheres for targeted biodegradable DNA delivery carriers
초록 Poly(L-lysine)(PLL) has been used in the field of DNA delivery because of many amine groups and poly(ethyleneglycol)(PCL) is biocompatible polymer and can improve solubility of polymer nanospheres. Poly(ε-carprolactone)(PCL) is hydrophobic, so combination of PEG and PCL form amphiphilic copolymer which was transformed into nanosphere consisted of a hydrophobic core and a hydrophilic shell for encapsulation. Targeting to the desired site, biotinylated PEG, would not only improve the theraperutic efficiency but also enable a reduction of the amount of durg, thus minimizing unwanted toxic effect. This study showed how to prepare targeted nanospheres which consist of biotinylated PEG/PCL/PLL and possibility to use for DNA delivery system.
