제목 Development of membrane process to separate of landfill gas for vehicle fuels
초록 The recovered CH4 can be used as valuable fuels if CO2 and other impurities reduced properly. The objectives of this study are fabrication of a PES(polyethersulfone) hollow fiber membrane by dry-wet spinning and development of a membrane purification process to produce a vehicle fuel from landfill biogas. Separation properties of PES hollow fiber membrane were observed selectivity of O2/N2 above 5, CO2/CH4 46, respectively and permeability of CO2 about 100GPU. CH4 concentration and recovery were obtained 97%, 95% in 2-stage process and 97%, 68% in 1-stage process, respectively, under 100L/min, 25℃ and 20atm conditions.
