제목 Synthesis of precusor containing regioregular structure for DNA chip
초록 We synthesized thiophene derivatives for novel electrochemical hybridization of biosensors through conductive polymer and DNA complex. By the protection of the carboxyl group of 3-thiophene acetic acid with differently substituted benzyl groups, we could obtain electroactive conducting polymer films on the patternized Pt electrode. Protecting groups were selected for directly substitution of probe oligonucleotide. Biological recognition can be monitored by comparison with the electrochemical signal(cyclic voltammogram) of single and double strand state oligonucleotide.
