제목 Synthesis and Application of Thermosensitive N-isopropylacrylamide-grafted Pluronic F68 Surfactant
초록 Intelligent particles have attracted much attention in biomedical applications due to their size, core-shell structure, decoration with targeting ligands, and stimuli-responsive properties. In this study, thermo-sensitive PNIPAM-Pluronic surfactants were synthesized by the grafting polymerization of NIPAM at the end of two hydroxyl group of Pluronic F-68. The aim of this work is to synthesize thermo-sensitive PNIPAM-Pluronic surfactants and to evaluate the applicability as surfactant, especially for the stimuli-sensitive drug delivery.
