제목 | Simple Fabrication of Organic Solar Cells with a Self-assembled Conjugated Polyelectrolytes |
초록 | Organic Solar Cells (OSCs) have a great potential with fabrication of low-cost, flexible devices via solution process. But, OSCs have overcome that they have a limit with intrinsic low carrier mobility and difficulty to multi-stacking. The performance of OSCs can be enhanced by introducing conjugated polyelectrolytes (CPEs) for improving carrier transporting and reducing carrier recombination by means of interfacial dipole with ionic groups in the side chains. Among them, some CPEs can substitute interlayer in bulk-heterojunction (BHJ) active layer through self-assembled stacking property. In this study, OSCs were fabricated with self-assembled CPEs in BHJ active layer for simplifying fabrication process. The CPEs in the fabricated device could be modifying work function and reducing energy barrier between electrode and active layer. As a results, performances of OSCs simply fabricated without interlayer were similar with interlayer device. |
