Controlled electrodeposition of nano-rod Cu2O with high aspect ratio |
| 초록 |
We synthesized high aspect ratio of Cu2O core-shell, nano-tube and nano-rod structures in porous alumina membrane via controlled cathodic electrodeposition. Cu2O was prepared in a lactate bath containing CuSO4 and lactic acid at room temperature and pH 9. Its morphology was resulted from the special quality of the substrate effect and electric field conduction in template. We obtained nano-structure with a growth rate of 10 m/hr presenting high aspect ratio above 50. The crystalline and morphological analysis was carried out using SEM-EDX and XRD. |
