For flexible polymer light emitting diodes (PLEDs), high transparent, high working temperature and low thermal expansion coefficient are required on flexible substrates. In this work Poly(ethylene naphthalate) and Poly(ethylene terephthalate) with various ratio were blended and transesterification distributions were investigated by 1H-NMR spectroscopy for flexible substrate. Thermal properties were investigated by DSC, TGA and TMA. In addition, on-line retardation measurement studied the effect of various PEN/PET ratio. The result showed thermal expansion coefficient were decreased with increasing transesterification. |
