Due to their remarkable mechanical, electrical, and optical properties, the multi-walled carbon nanotube (MWCNT) has emerged as a new material with various potential applications. In this study, a PTC method was used to introduce hydroxyl groups on the MWCNT and hydroxyl groups of the surface of MWCNT reacted with trichlorosilane. Finally, the resulting fluorinated MWCNT was characterized in terms of thermal property, dispersion stability in various solvents, and electrical conductivity in refrigerant. |
