제목 Polymer Solar Cells: Perspectives of Chemical Structure and Nanomorphology
초록 Polymer solar cells have attracted keen interest as a clean renewable energy source owing to their potential for cheap solar energy conversion. Most of high efficiency polymer solar cells employ regioregular poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) because of its particular features including high hole mobility and light absorption at red part of solar spectrum. In this talk, the effect of chemical structure of P3HT will be briefly reviewed in order to highlight the importance of material itself for achieving high efficiency. Then the nanostructure of pristine P3HT and bulk heterojunction films, which was measured using GIXRD and FE-TEM, will be discussed in detail.
