Organic Light-Emitting Diodes (OLEDs) have come into the limelight as the innovative display, recently. Both academia and industry are interested in solution-processable OLEDs in these days, because of their simple fabrication method, low production cost, and large size fabrication feasibility compared with vacuum-processed OLEDs. In the case of solution-processable OLEDs, solubility difference between the upper and the bottom organic layer should exist to realize multilayerd structure. In this work, we synthesized a series of hole-transporting materials (HTMs) suitable to thiol-ene cross-linking for solution-processable green PHOLEDs. Thiol-ene cross-linked HTLs could be photo cross-linked easily, and we demonstrated the usefulness of them in green PHOLED. Optical and electrical characteristics were measured by common spectroscopic and electrical methods, respectively. The detailed results will be discussed in the presentation. |
