제목 Dibenzofuran based high triplet energy electron transport materials for stable blue phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes
초록 High triplet energy electron transport material including only dibenzofuran moiety was developed. The electron transport material showed high triplet energy (2.80 eV) by stable dibenzofuran moiety. Previous electron transport materials containing triazine moiety were difficult to be matched with host materials because they had deep LUMO level (-3.10 eV). The new dibenzofuran based electron transport materials showed shallow LUMO level (-2.59 eV) than triazine based electron transport materials. These materials enhanced maximum quantum efficiency from 12.9 % to 17.7 % as the electron transport layer.
