Dibenzothiophene type thermally stable host materials for blue phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes. |
| 초록 |
DBTBCz and DDBTBCz were studied as lifetime enhancing host materials for blue phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes (PhOLEDs). One dibenzothenone and two dibenzothiophene were used as acceptors in DBTBCz and DDBTBCz hosts, respectively, and 3,3’-bicarbazole was used as a common donor. We fabricated blue PHOLEDs for electroluminescence properties of the synthesized compounds. Both DBTBCz and DDBTBCz were doped with blue phosphorescent dopant and the devices showed high external quantum efficiency of 22.6% and 22.5%. |
