Polydiacetylene supramolecules have been interested for some time, because of their possible application on mimicking the cell wall of which consists phospholipids structure. PCDA (10,12-pentacosadiyonic acid), is amphiphilic molecules that consist of tail group made up of hydrophobic carbon chain group and head group formed by hydrophilic carboxylic group. From the previous papers, we could confirm that characteristics of color transition and self-emitting fluorescence occurred by change of conjugation length by outer stimuli. Understanding of each characteristic of various polydiacetylene derevatives is crucial to apply to chemical/biological sensor. In this study, fluorophotometer, visible spectrum are used to verify each vesicle's characteristic. |
