초록 |
The effect of substitute side chain on optical and electrical properties of low-band-gap conjugated copolymers were investigated using poly[N-(2-decyltetradecyl)-2,7-(di-2thienyl)carbozole-co-7,7'-{4,4'-bis-(2,1,3-benzothiadiazole)}(PDTCZBBT#1). The introduced alkyl chain at the position of thiophene moiety (PDTCZ-BBT#2) of the intrinsic properties of the copolymers was significantly altered by perturbations of the intramolecular charge transfer compared to without alkyl chain. The observed electrical property was blue shifted about 50nm of onset of absorption spectrum with alkyl chain. The electrical transport properties of field-effect transistor mobility in #2(µ=3.00x10-6) was lower than #1(µ=3.00x10-6). The parameters of polymer solar c-ells also decreased in #2 a JSC of 4.82 mAcm-2, VOC of 0.51V and FF of 0.31, result-ing in an estimated PCE of 0.76% compared to #1 a JSC of 7.16 mAcm-2, VOC of 0.66 V and FF of 0.44, resulting in an estimated PCE of 2.07% without alkyl chain. |
