Inkjet printing of manufacturing printed circuit board (PCB) have attracted a great interest of low-cost, environmental friendly and simple process. This research was focused on the preparation of conductive ink containing copper nanoparticles that are inexpensive material and have high conductivity. Copper nanoparticles were synthesized using capping agents, which was based on amine and composed of different carbon chain length, and coated on polymer substrates. The substrate coated with copper ink was sintered at 200 ℃ under hydrogen atmosphere for 2h. The sintered Cu nanoparticles were characterized by TGA, SEM, EDX, and specific resistance. |
