제목 New Hole-Transporting Sol-Gel Material base on Diethylaminobenzaldehyde-diphenylhydrazone
초록 We report on the synthesis and the optical characterization of a new hole-transporting sol-gel material. The silylated sol-gel precursor was prepared by modification of diethylaminobenzaldehyde-diphenylhydrazone (DEH), and then the thin film was prepared by sol-gel process. The hole-mobility and photoconductivity of sol-gel material were measured by the time-of-flight technique and simple DC method, respectively. The potential of this new hole-transporting material for the photorefractive material will be discussed.
