A novel route for fabricating organic/inorganic hybrid patterns by embedding nanospheres into thin polymer film |
초록 |
Sub-micrometer scale surface patterning has been of interest for the fabrication of electronic device, biological diagnostics platform, membranes and the optical components such as gratings. In the present work, we create hexagonally ordered inorganic nanosphere array partially exposed on the polymer matrix using embedding of inorganic nanospheres into polymer thin film. Spin-cast nanospheres on the polymer film were embedded by capillary wetting of viscous polymer around the nanosphere surface at the elevated temperature. The embedding depth and the speed were controlled by heating time and temperature, respectively. Finally, resulting organic/inorganic hybrid pattern was selectively deposited with noble metals for molecular detection via surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy and proteins array for biological analysis. Furthermore, breath-figure-like hole array with several hundreds nanometer scale could be created by simply etching away embedded inorganic nanospheres. |
