Perfluoropolyethers(PFPEs) have been known as a high-performance lubricants, dielectric fluids, diffusion pump oil etc. In this study, PFPEs were prepared by hexafluoropropylene oxide(HFPO) using monofunctional catalyst polymerization. The molecular weight and functionalities of synthesized PFPEs have been investigated by gel permeation chromatography(GPC), 19F nuclear magnetic resonance(19F-NMR), and fourier transform-infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR). The molecular weight of PFPE characterized by GPC and 19F-NMR has about 8,000. |
