제목 Synthesis and Characterization of Two-Copolymer Solar Cells Containing Quinacridone and Quinoxaline Derivatives : Effect of Side Chain Position.
초록 Solar cells based on conjugated polymeric materials have recently received considerable attention due to their low-cost solution fabrication process, light weight, large area and flexible panels. We introduce nanowires or nanofibres made by quinacridone derivative with high length/diameter aspect ratio to increase fill factor(FF), short circuit current(Jsc). We synthesized copolymers by Suzuki coupling reaction, new two copolymers that has different side position with quinoxaline derivatives. So, We investigated physical, optical, electrochemical and photovoltaic properties.
