열처리 온도 변화에 따른 Viscose Rayon계 탄소펠트/폴리우레탄 복합재의 전기적 특성 연구 |

In this work, the effect of heat treatment temperature on the electrical properties of the carbon felt and the carbon felt/polyurethane composites has been investigated. Carbon felt is prepared by carbonizing viscose rayon felt treated chemically with phosphoric acid and urea at 500∼1000℃ for 1 hour under N2. atmosphere. The surface reaction of phosphoric acid and urea on the carbonization process of viscose rayon felt is studied by using Time-Of-Flight Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometry(TOF-SIMS) and Attenuated Total Reflectance Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer(ATR FT-IR). The degree of crystallity and content of carbon within the carbon felt depending on the carbonization temperature are investigated by using X-Ray Diffraction(XRD) and elemental analysis respectively. The microstructure of the carbon felt surface is observed by Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM) as well. As heat treatment temperature increases, the content of carbon increases and crystal structure similar to graphite arranged along fiber axis is formed. The non-carbon elements such as hydroxyl and phosphate functional groups as electron scattering factor are removed by heat treatment. It is contributed to increase of electrical conductivity of the carbon felt and the caron felt/polyurethane composite. Also, the increment in electrical conductivity of the carbon felt/polyurethane composites due to the increase of heat treatment temperature is observed to improve the electromagnetic interference(EMI) shielding effectiveness(SE). |
