Preparation of electrospun poly(vinylidene fluoride)/MWCNT fibers for EMI shielding |
초록 |
Electrospun Poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) and multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) composite fibers were prepared by an electrospinning of PVDF/SWCNT solution. A 3:7 mixture solution of N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMAC)/acetone were used to dissolve PVDF. The PVDF/MWCNT ratio and electrospinning time were varied. The properties of the PVDF/MWCNT composite fibers such as the electrical resistance, pore size, morphology and electromagnetic interference shielding effectiveness (EMI SE) were investigated. The main purpose of this study is supposed to apply for EMI shielding material. |
