제목 Synthesis and characterization of thienylene vinylene copolymer for electronic devices
초록 A lot of conjugated polymers have been used for electronic devices because these materials are solution processible, and show good electronic properties. It is demonstrated that thienylene vinylene polymers are suitable for electronic devices, especially organic solar cells and field effect transistors because they have high charge carrier mobility, and low band-gap features. In this paper, we report the synthesis of thienylene vinylene copolymers via stille coupling reaction, applied to electronic devices. NMR, GPC, FT-IR spectroscopy, DSC, UV-Vis absorption and photoluminescence were used for characterization of the polymer and copolymer.
