Synthesis of New Polymer Solar Cell including Benzodithiophene |
초록 |
Benzo[1,2-b:4,5-b']dithiophene(BDT) has recently attracted by solar cell material due to large planar conjugated structure and easily forms π-π* stacking which improves mobility, also for BDT steric hindrance between adjacent units is very small. A series of conjugated polymers based on benzene and thiophene derivatives have been synthesized via the Stille coupling reaction. And their are characterized by UV-vis, PL, CV and 1H NMR spectroscopy. The peak of absorption and photoluminescence (PL) spectra of the polymer in chlorobenzene solution is at about 355nm, 500nm respectively. Ultimately, we studied that a photovoltaic conjugated polymers were also investigated by fabricating the polymer solar cell devices. |
