Recently, flexible embedded-capacitors are important emerging elements that can provide significant improvement in the performance and functionality of plastic-based electronic devices. In the case of ceramic/polymer composite materials system, the ceramic fillers tend to migrate and reunite to form agglomerates. Overcome this problem, we prepared the core/shell liked structured BaTiO3 particles. The barium titanate was chosen as ceramic filler and polyimide (PMDA-ODA) was chosen as a polymeric matrix due to its remarkable properties. The core/shell liked structured BaTiO3 was synthesized using functionalized-phenylenediamine and pyromellitic dianhydride monomer. The structural analysis of polymeric materials was studied using IR-spectroscopy. The core/shell liked structure was confirmed by TEM, and fracture morphology of composite film was observed by SEM. And dielectric properties were studied on MIM-device samples using impedance analyzer. |
