제목 Induction of helical ribbons and tubules by crystallinity control of block copolymer
초록 Induction of helical ribbons and tubules by crystallinity control of block copolymer In this poster, I will introduce a simple method for the fabrication of helical ribbons and tubules based on the self-assembly of block copolymers. It has been well known that the control of molecular parameter of block copolymer can give rise to the various nanostructures via self-assembly process, such as micelles, cylinders, and vesicles. However, the more detailed control of molecular arrangements within the one-dimensional aggregates is necessary to build the sophisticated nanostructures like helices and tubules. Along this line, the crystallinity control of block copolymers was considered because it can affect the molecular arrangements determined by a compromise between a strong tendency of polymers to form one-dimensional aggregates and steric constraint of each block.
