제목 | Core and Side Effect of Novel 6,12-Dihydro-diindeno[1,2-b;1',2'-e]pyrazine Derivatives |
초록 | In recent, the range of applications of functional organic materials has rapidly expanded, with especially innovative uses discovered in the field of optoelectronics. Researchers have begun to report how the properties of functional organic materials can be modified by varying their core and side groups. A key research area is thus the development of new core and side groups and the study of how they combine in functional organic materials. In this study, we synthesized new indenopyrazine derivatives. When the synthesized materials were applied to the OLED device such as ITO/2-TNATA (60 nm)/NPB (15 nm)/synthesized materials (30 or 40 nm)/Alq3 (30 or 20 nm)/LiF (1 nm)/Al (200 nm) device configuration, EL maximum spectra of non-doped the devices with synthesized materials as emitting layers were found at 458 nm ~ 500 nm in the blue and bluish-green color. Luminescence efficiencies were found to exhibit 2.62 ~ 0.99 cd/A at 10 mA/cm2. Further, SF-EPY device is 458 nm in the deep blue region, with CIE coordinates (0.152, 0.142) which is a purer blue than obtained with DPVBi (0.153, 0.167). |
