제목 Preparation of electrospun PAN/CA blended nanofiber electrode coated with polyaniline
초록 The fiber webs of polyacrylonitrile (PAN)-Cellulose Acetate (CA) blending polymer solution were prepared by electrospinning method. The polymer solutions were used by blending 10 wt. % PAN in DMF with 10 wt. % CA in DMF at a weight ratio of 9:1, 7:3, 5:5. The diameters of the electrospun nanofibers ranged from 400 to 600 nm with an average diameter of 500 nm. Both the specific surface area and electrical conductivity of the PAN carbon nanofiber web were 742 m2/g, and 0.41 S/cm, respectively. While, both the specific surface area of the 7:3 carbon nanofiber web was the highest as 1121m2/g and electrical conductivity of that was increased by contents of CA. The electrode of supercapacitor was prepared by chemically oxidative polymerization of the aniline on the surface of the PAN/CA blend carbon nanofiber web. The specific capacitance of 7:3 PAN/CA blend carbon nanofiber web electrode was the highest. This is because of the valley of surface and increasing of O/C rate by addition of CA.
