제목 Fabrication of Multi-optical Filter based on Encoded Rugate PSi
초록 Multi-structured porous silicon (PSi) is very attractive material because of unique optical properties. Photonic crystals containing rugate structure result in a mirror with high reflectivity in a specific narrow spectral region and are prepared by applying a computer-generated pseudo-sinusoidal current waveform. The resulting rugate PSi films can be lifted off from the silicon substrate to obtain a free-standing rugate PSi films. Because these free-standing films are very brittle, free-standing rugate PSi is limited by its chemical and mechanical stability. The use of flexible rugate polymer composite eliminates these issues. Here, we exhibits photonic structure of multi-encoded rugate filters which result in a mirror with transparency in a narrow spectral region.
