제목 Band Filter Gradient Porous Silicon and Their Applications
초록 Band filter gradient (BFG) PSi has been generated by an electrochemical etching of silicon wafer using an asymmetric electrode configuration in aqueous ethanolic HF solution. BFG PSi prepared by using anisotropic etching conditions displays the reflection bands whose reflection maximum varied spatially across the porous silicon. BFG PSi displays a rainbow-like appearance due to the uneven distribution of current across the silicon wafer during the etch. This work demonstrates the generation of a lateral pore and depth gradient in a more elaborate optical structure on the silicon wafer surface.
