Recently, carbon materials have attracted substantial interest from the research community owing to their unique properties and are promising materials. For that reason, they are widely applied in various fields such as organic/inorganic hybrid photovoltaics. In recent years, there have been dramatically improvements in the performance of organic-inorganic hybrid photovoltaics. In photovoltaic devices, cell-performances such as open-circuit voltage (Voc), short-circuit current density (Jsc), fill factor (FF), and power conversion efficiency (PCE) are highly affected by the properties of the interface between the active layer and the electrodes. For this reason, various interfacial materials have been extensively studied. As a result, we introduce carbon-based composite materials as the solution-processed charge transport material for effective organic-inorganic hybrid photovoltaic devices. |
