제목 New Fullerene Drivatives and Polymer for Organic Field-Effect Transistors
초록 Organic and polymeric semiconducting materials compatible with solution-processing techniques can eliminate the need for expensive lithography and vacuum deposition steps necessary for silicon-based materials. Solution-processing also allows flexible plastics or fabrics to be used in conjunction with methods such as spin-coating, stamping or ink-jet printing. Therefore, new polymeric semiconducting materials developed in this research are expected to be used for various electronic applications. Best performing n-type materials such as fullerene exhibit limited processability, hence making deposition/patterning difficult and expensive. In order to explore alternative deposition routes, the synthesis of new molecules with enhanced electron mobility and solubility is of the outmost importance. Here we present several solution-processable fullerene derivatives and polymers that expect high charge mobilities.
