제목 Graphene Oxide on Silver Nanoshell as a SERRS Nanoprobe for Optical Detection of Cancer Cells
초록 We have synthesized an outstanding nanoprobe composed of graphene oxide (GO) and silver nanoshell, which exhibited remarkable signal amplification by strong surface-enhanced resonance Raman scattering (SERRS). Silver nanoshell formed on the surface of silica nanoparticles by an amine-assisted reduction method, followed by its encapsulation with 4,7,10-trioxa-1,13-tri decanediamine (TEG)-functionalized GO that has strong resonance Raman scattering (denoted “GONS”). The developed GONS nanoprobe showed so intense and simple Raman signal to allow the sensitive detection of a target. At last, GONS was applied to the specific targeting of cancer cells.
