제목 | Paper-based device for sensitive detection of copper ions in biological fluids using porous silicon nanoconstructs |
초록 | Not only Cu2+ plays critical role in human body especially pathological events such as Wilson disease, Menkes disease, and Alzheimer's disease but also environmental pollution. Therefore, simple and inexpensive detection method for Cu2+ at mmol L-l level is highly required. In this study, we observed pSi quenching mechanism with the concentration of Cu2+ in aqueous solution and on the paper based kit that were able to use as probe. Porous silicon nanoparticles (pSi) were obtained after Anodic etching of used wafers in the customized Polycarbonate cell. pSi showed excellent fluorescence stability and intensity after introducing of hydrosilylation reaction with Undecylenic acid (UDA) and acrylic acid (AA) in aquarous condition. The paper based Cu2+ detection Kit provided excellent sensitivity up to 1µM with minimum amount of sample. |
