It is important to choose appropriate resins to obtain the best synthetic performance in the field of solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS). So, various resins have been developed to enhance the synthetic efficiency. But the diffusion problems of reagent or solvent compatibility by matrix effect still remain to be solved. To address these problems, we reported a core-shell resin, AMSURETM, whose functional groups are located on its shell layer. In this study, we propose a new method to prepare core-shell resin through bi-phasic functionalization. Thus, we easily controlled total amount of functional groups under mild condition, and could modify further the core region of resin. Their synthetic performance was evaluated by synthesizing peptides. |
