제목 Fabrication of nano-structured SnO2 by anodization
초록 Tin dioxide (SnO2) has been widely used as catalyst, solid-state gas sensor and dye-sensitized solar cell. In order to achieve desired performance above mentioned applications, SnO2 structure with large specific surface area is needed. However, the preparation of nano-structured SnO2 has still remained a challenge to date, since in most cases the nano- structure collapsed upon heat treatment.
In this work, we tried to develop manufacturing process of nano-structured SnO2. Nano-structured SnO2 was fabricated by (electro)chemical anodization of tin metal and the morphology and the characteristic analysis were carried out using SEM, EDX, XRD and XPS.
