It is necessary to develop interfacing materials for fixing the bioprobes, on the platform of biosensors which are made up 2D nanostructure. There are a diversity of 2D nanomaterials in the reference. Especially, a graphene possesses high-conductivity, so the graphene-integrated biosensors have been constructed to enhance their sensitivity and selectivity. Furthermore, the surface of the graphene is very balanced on account of their non-covalent electron pairs, so that their exterior amendment is challenge. Here in, we proved a new technology for graphene interfacing technologies. The new materials can be easily adhered on the graphene surface and offer functional groups at the end of the chemical materials. In addition, we suggested that a simple protocol immobilized the natural receptors on the graphene surface in field-effect transistor system. The receptor-conjugated graphene FET showed that high sensitivity and selectivity toward biocides, odorants, and decomposition. |
