제목 | Electrical Properties of Carbon/graphite composite for flexible plane heater |
초록 | We report a facile method for flexible plane heater using a graphite and carbon on a PET film. To preserve the high crystallinity of graphite, chemical treatments are excluded during the process. We found that carbon and graphite mixed films show good electrical conductivity and form homogeneously dispersed films with excellent electrical properties. We observed that the performances of the heating electrodes made by carbon/graphite composite films was much better than that of the graphite films in terms of specific conductivity and adhesion strength. We found that our plane heater is applicable for heating seats of commercial vehicles as well as a flexible plane heater. |
