제목 Facile immobilization of CRISPR genome editing system based on polydopamine formation
초록 Recently, CRISPR genome editing system has been recognized as a highly selective and efficient editing method. With the ability to modify specific gene, CRISPR genome editing system is adopted in several areas, especially in molecular therapy and diagnosis. However, current applications have limitations in the simplicity and mobility, which are necessary in point of care field application. In this study, we focus on the immobilization of Cas9 protein on the different surfaces using polydopamine layer without loss of functionality. The immobilization of Cas9 protein just requires the formation of polydopamine layer on the surface of interest. Because polydopamine layer can be made on any surface, this approach can be used in broad conditions. With further research, this method can be applied at the point of care application of CRISPR system.
