Extracting unsaturated fatty acids from palm oil |
| 초록 |
Palm oil is one of the world’s most important vegetable oils. In Palm oil there are lots of useful fatty acids. So we made an experiment for separating fatty acids from palm oil by using hydrolysis mechanism with lipase as an enzyme. Fatty acids have different melting points, so I extract unsaturated and saturated fatty acids as cooling. Besides if a surfactant is used in this experiment, I can get more unsaturated fatty acids. |
