Synthesis and Characterization of a series of low-bandgap copolymers for organic thin film transistors and photovoltaic cells |
초록 |
A series of donor-acceptor alternative colopymers were designed and synthesized to investgate the performance on thin film transistor properties and photovoltaic properties of conjugated polymers. The structure of copolymers was confirmed by H NMR and elemental analysis the copolymers shoed very good solubility in common organic solvents such as chloroform, toluene, THF. These polymers decomposition temperature are over 300oC as measured using thermogravimetric analysis. Also, these polymers were characterized by UV-vis absorption, electrochemical cyclic voltammetry, organic thin film transistors and organic photovoltaic cells. These polymers exhibited the field effect mobility of 8.43 x 10-3 best. |
