제목 Study on dispersibility and conductivity properties of aminated Single-walled carbon nanotubes
초록 Single-walled carbon nanotube(SWNT) have been studied about fuctionalized SWNT in many investigators. In this study, SWNT functionalized with first ordered and second ordered amine were prepared by in-situ solution mixing. The functionalized SWNT are highly dispersible in tetrahydrofuran(THF). And then, this solution was coated on polyethylene terephthalate(PET) film. The morphology of functionalized SWNT was investigated by field emission scanning electron microscope(FE-SEM). FT-IR spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) were employed to characterize the SWNT contents and chemical structure of functionalized SWNT. The transmittance of functionalized SWNT on PET film were measured by UV-Vis adsorption spectroscopy and the conductivity was measured by a two-probe technique.
