Last few years, perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have been studied owing to their excellent photovoltaic properties. However, there is a problem that conventional devices have low stability at external stress such as light, humidity, and heat. To improve the stability of PSCs, we used interface materials, which can form scaffolds and maintain the morphology of hole transporting materials (HTMs). After careful optimization, we demonstrated PSCs with a power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 20.9%. Then we tested the device stability under external stresses such as humidity and heat. Notably, the devices that use interface materials show much higher stability than the reference devices under both conditions (mild: 25 °C and 25% RH, harsh: 85 °C and 85% RH). This finding can suggest a novel strategy to enhance the device stability. |
