Preparation of core-shell [poly(ε-caprolactone) - poly (ethyl-2-cyanoacrylate)]microcapsules with various core structures |
초록 |
To control a core structure of microcapsules, Shirasu porous glass (SPG) membrane emulsification technique was chosen and poly ethyl-2-cyanoacrylate (PE2CA) which was characterized by anion polymerization in the O/W interface was used as shell material. According to the different polymer concentration and solvent evaporation rate, vacancy in the microcapsules was made and the core structures of microcapsules was formed diversely. In this work, doxorubicin (DOX) loaded core (poly ε-caprolactone (PCL))-shell (PE2CA) microcapsules were prepared and their structures were characterized by confocal laser scanning microscope (CLSM) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) analysis. |
